Hello,

I am trying to create the RPMs in order to test Failsafe v 1.0.4 (source
files downloaded on the SGI site using CVS).
/etc/failsafe/cmon_process_groups/cluster_admin
/etc/failsafe/cmon_process_groups/cluster_control
/etc/failsafe/cmon_process_groups/cluster_failsafe
/etc/failsafe/cmon_process_groups/cluster_hainfra
/etc/failsafe/cmon_process_groups/ip_addresses
/etc/failsafe/config/cad.options
/etc/failsafe/config/cdbd.options
/etc/failsafe/config/cmond.options
/etc/rc.d/init.d/failsafe
/etc/rc.d/init.d/fs_cluster
/repository/inc/cad_internal.h
Is anyone has already have this problem.
What is the solution ?

Thanks,

Sylvain.

Hello,

Not surprising, FailSafe has not been maintained for years. Your best
bet is to try one of the other open source solutions, such as Linux
HA/PaceMaker or Red Hat.

Thanks for your answers.

Even if failsafe project is dead, is it possible to have users feedbacks ?
What are the differences beetween Heartbeat v2 (linux-ha) and failsafe
(sgi) ?

Thanks for all.
